Hello, and welcome to the Access forum of ERT.
Just a few notes for you to help me answer your query:
1. Please don't overload your post with Emoticons.
2. State your level of knowledge, if you don't state this, I will assume you have a good sound knowledge of Access, VBA and SQL.
3. State the version of Access and Windows you are using. If you don't post your version, I'll assume Access 2000+ running on Windows XP. This is particularly important if you are using Access 97.
4. Be ready to learn.
5. Have fun!
Dave

Another old relic shows up. ;^)
Welcome. You might find the pace here a little slower than you are used to. The emphasis is more on teaching people how to do things rather than just answering the questions.
We are not really on the Access map, but we have found that we can generate a lot of activity for a given topic with well promoted articles. If you have anything you want to publish you will find many helpful and skilled hands willing to help to turn it into a gem. Everything we have publish thus far gets into the top-10 on Google for its keywords, and on average an article on ERT gets seen by more user in a week than you will get from a link in an EE thread in a year.
Oh, and users do not have to dig through ads to read your words either in the forum topics of in ERT articles. If you want to publish something just let me know or post in the Content submission forum.

Thanks Cd, looks like COBOL dino's are grouping after all these years :-)
Here in The Netherlands they even start new COBOL classes <LOL>
Will check my samples for some articles we can use here and propose to publish them.
I'm however rather busy at the moment with starting my own company and writing a book, so it may take a while.

hello Dutch guy ;-)
I know this advertising is supposedly evil, but for a complementary Q&A site you should try
http://www.europeanexperts.org
It's free, the interface is in Nederlands and we've already Dutch members
May be useful to you.
