Thanks for the nice words, but as much as I like taking credit for stuff this was a joint effort between Matt and me; actually, he did the most consuming part (setting up the systems that run this thing).

Kudos to you!

I never got the notif for this thread.:?  ..I just found it by wandering around.

Anyway.. I am subscribed and confirmed! Very nice Esopo and Matt! Nice newsletter, and the subscription system seems to work well and is nicely designed.

I know I don't contribute much lately (y'all are way over my head in a lot of topics!) but I like learning what I can so I peek in at ERT now and then. The newsletter will be a nice way of keeping in touch with what's happening/interesting at ERT.

It's amazing what you all have achieved!

Nice work.  The layout is clean and easy to read.
One small detail: you should specify a font color on the <body>.

body {
  color: black;
}

it's still not there in the page you get when you activate the subscription (at least in the "You're already subscribed!" page).

I set my default colors to some kind of yellowish beige for background and some kind of brownish red for font...  this way it's obvious when some color specification is missing.

You can also validate your CSS using the W3C validator,  it will warn you when you use a selector-level that has a specified background-color without a font-color and vice versa.
