duplicate accounts in the upcoming elections

If you have a duplicate account (e.g. I have nicholassolutions_test for testing purposes), please PM Sandi (Huntress) and tell her what it is. The Site Managers, Sandi, Roy and I will review the database and logs prior to the election to try to identify any dupe accounts so that each person gets only one  vote. I'm confident we will indentify all of them, but it will save us time if you let us know about them upfront.

Note: if it appears that any user has used a dupe account to vote twice in the election all their votes (including the legitimate one) will be invalidated, and they may lose their membership. So please, no funny business  :D
