I would go with #3 since its more tasteful than 1 and 2 and also it nicely shows the meaning of ERT.

I voted for 2 because there's just something about the arrows I don't like.

I'm not sure which one to vote for. I think #1 and #2 are nice, but they seem a little "dated" if that makes any sense. I do like #3, and I agree with CM that it shows what ERT is about, but also agree with Huntress that there's something about the arrows I don't like (I think it may be that the heads are so long...also I just noticed now that it might get mistaken for a wheel). One thing I also liked was highlighting the ERT in EXP-ERT-S.

#2 looks like a wooden boat that 'Experts' is riding in =o(
#3 yes he arrows look odd, but they can be removed and fixed up better. I still stick with #3 because it looks more professional, shows what ERT means and looks much more original in my opinion.

Hi guys,
Yes, the arrows can be modified, maybe rounded up a bit.
What I'm gonna do is leave it until Tuesday. Then I'll take the two with highest score and tune them up for the final round :o)
Thanks!!

OK. I'll clear this one out sometime after Wednesday.
Don't forget to PM me when you are done. I assume the link will be the same?
