A couple of announcements to keep everyone in the loop.

Huntress has agreed to ake on the role of forum admin, and will be responsible for most operational issues or problems with the forum portion of the site.  That will free me up so I can move things along on other parts of the site.  I know everyone will co-operate and assist Sandi, through any problems that come up as we make changes and move forward toward deploying the unique site we are developing.

Additionally, Coral1 has taken on the responsibility of managing the polls in the ballot forum.  Participation in votes help to develop a democratic direction, so any issues that need to be debated take them to Coral1 and get a poll setup.

Bartender1 is going to try and break things (sounds like fun).  It is part of the testing effort and any who want to join in should PM Bartender1.  I basically have told him to try anything he wants, and I shudder at the thought of what that might be.  Seriously though testing is important.  We want the site to be near perfect.

Meanwhile our Whispering Angel Daydreams is starting to develop copy for the Mentor introductions.  Huntress has be gathering bio information from members to be incorporated in to the intoduction pages.  No introduction will be published until it has been approved by the Mentor referenced.

On the hard core development side.  The PHP development team is hard at work (out of sight for security reason) developing an improved version of the site.  Because it is the underlying code for the site you won't be seeing much of them as they work with server side code, but from the look of the team there are not many real PHP expert left on TOS, and they are still adding to the team.

The other maor effort is just getting geared up, that is the grapgics layout group.  Lobo has presented several draft logo proposals.  Working independently Keneso has developed differenct treatments, and Esopo has ben busy developing an organizational approach.  I almost certainly left someone out.  If so, it was not because the contribution is not appreciated, but because I am a moron who does not always keep track of things.

If I missed someone of left out some informtion you would like to have, PM me and I will try and improve the updates based on wha tyou tell me.  I'm still figurig out how to be a site admin.  Fortunately there are enough people who know what they are doing to keep me from making a big mess.  Anyone who is not on the web development sid of things may be feeling left out at this point because the skill you have are not yet in demand.  They will be, once we start bringing users on the site.  Please don't turn away because you are not being involved.  If you have skills outside of your normal fields of expertise please let me know.

If you have asked something and not been answer; or offered something that I have not responded to; please throw a brick through my window in the form of a PM.  This first two weeks has been hectic and (no excuse; just an inefficient dinosaur) I may have lets some things fall through the cracks.

Thanks to all of you 'Site Builders' who are gradually making ERT a reality.
