I just upgraded memory on both laptops so now I have FOUR of these:

512MB, 667MHz, 200-pin, PC2-5300, SDRAM Small Outline Dual In-Line Memory Module (SODIMM)

I am wanting to give them away for free to ERT staff who can make use of them in their own laptop (provided it is compatible) These sticks are less than a year old and fully working. HP jokingly sells this replacement part for $250 per stick ROFL, I bought my 1GB upgrades for $15 per stick. So anyone who wants these overpriced, but now FREE sticks send me a PM or post. If no one responds in the next 7 days will be posting this message on another forum I frequent, just wanted to give you guys first pick. Please only respond if you plan on using the sticks and not selling them for any price to anyone. Thanks!

Well, I don't really Need them, but I think I can make use of them.
So if nobody else puts in a claim, either here or the other site, let me know and I will PM my address to you.

On a side note, you still in Florida?

How do you plan on using them? I am hoping to give it to someone who can use it in their system or someone they know. Kinda like giving someone a leg up in upgrading their laptop in case they have difficulty affording an upgrade etc, be it a poor college student working 2 jobs to pay the bills or a computer literate grandma who lives on social security and is using a laptop she got at a pawn shop. The scenarios are endless. =o)

I no longer live in FL, but KS now.

>> How do you plan on using them?

Like I said, at the moment I don't need them. But I sometimes get a laptop to test and they would be useful. A couple of months ago they would have been nice to have on hand.

And in a few months I am suppose to get several laptops to 'clean and prep' (when they finally get new ones). The deal is one for me, and the rest to pass on to someone in need.

So go ahead and see if somebody else needs them, first.
If no takers on either site, I will be able to use them, sooner or later, according to the conditions you outlined.

Rock n Roll.   : )

I thought I remembered you saying you moved.
