Any ETA on opening day, or do you still have a lot of detail?
It will take a week to close the loan then about 6-8 weeks for some equipment installation and cabinet work. I doubt we open the doors before July, but a June opening would be nice.
When you get the delivery service going let me know so I can get some stuff. You are going to do international delevery so all the ERT members can sample the goodies ; yes? ;^)
My wife says you're crazy, but I've still got a styrofoam box from a Christmas shipment of smoked trout, so a little dry ice and we're ready to go...at least for one order. I wonder if customs will eat it though? My wife wants to know if you are married. She says you look old and must be "Ong Noi."
BTW, when you do open let me know and I will put it in the tools announcement box. I don't excpect you will get much business off such an announcement, but the link will give you a little Google boost for people looking for you.
Thanks, couldn't hurt. We seem to have Vietnamese Restaurant in KS pretty well all ours. Once I sign the lease and can put the address on the web site I'll be able to move up to number one in most of our key words.
We already pick up a huge amount of people searching for terms on our menu. Some are looking for recipes, which I plan to add to the site. A few dozen Vietnamese have signed up for coupons already and we didn't contact those people directly.
