I wouldn't say "best" ; in my intrusion log files, I have already more than one attacker having been exploited using a *.110mb.com website...
and the same can be said of 5gbfree.com, 12gbfree.com, freewebs.com, freephpwebhosting.net, freehostia.com, bestfreewebspace.net, freeweb7.com, freewebtown.com... all are not very serious about security, if you ask me. I get a lot less problems with the sites I (a) mentioned, (b) use myself ;-)
